Meet the Director

My name is Rebecca Cochrane and I am responsible for Development and Public Relations. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Rescue Ministry.

I have been involved with Souls Harbour Rescue Mission since 2004 and have seen firsthand the impact of this ministry in the City of Regina, watching as the ministry has grown and changed to meet the needs of the people.   I understand the importance of the community in helping us do the work that we do.  I desire for more people to know who we are, what we do, and how they can partner with us!  How wonderful to be a part of connecting God’s people to God’s work!
