Souls Harbour Rescue Mission is a non-profit organization in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. Our mission is to “To Rescue people from poverty, addiction and sin by offering emergency help, such as food, clothing and shelter, Life Change recovery programs, and the Gospel message”.
