Farewell - But Not Goodbye!

The end of a 12 hour day today. Another toughie. Had to ask a good friend of mine to leave the program. I have such great hopes and dreams for this person! I have known this person a long time and seen ups and downs, and had ups and downs with this person.

Grant and I escorted this person out and although we left on good terms, it is always sad to let go.
