I received a call that went something like this:

"Hello, may I speak to Mel?"
"Sure. Is this Rob?"
"Yes."
"Where are you?!"
"I'm at home right now." (I hear children in the background.)
"Where? What city?" (I didn't realize he had kids.)
"Regina."
"Rob, why did you leave us?!"
"...Could you have the wrong Rob?"
"Maybe. What's your last name?"
"Hughes."
"Oops. Ha! I'm sorry!! I thought you were someone else.
Let me go get Melanie for you."
